Shinsei Corporate Investment and Risa Partners have sold Hokuei Co. Ltd. to Airwater Hokkaido

Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it provided Financial advisory work related to the sale of Hokuei held by funds jointly managed by Shinsei Corporate Investment and Risa Partners to Air Water Hokkaido.

Shinsei Corporate Investment and Risa Partners are investment banks that aim to promote the creation, development and growth of businesses for many years to come.

Hokuei Co. Ltd is a manufacturer based in Sapporo that provides integrated support from design to sheet metal, painting, assembly, and commercialization, as well as products for private buyers such as heaters and home fuel storage.
