SIGIT has received advice on the governance reorganisation of the Group
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to the shareholders in the governance reorganisation of SIGIT S.p.A., a historic Italian industrial group founded in 1966.
The initiative forms part of a broader corporate reorganisation aimed at centralising strategic decision-making in Italy and reshaping the shareholder structure, in view of SIGIT’s 60th anniversary in 2026. Within the Welcome Back to Italy project, CFI Italy supported SIGIT in defining and implementing the new corporate structure, working closely with advisors and the Group’s management.
The reorganisation brings all industrial, real estate and service companies previously held by SOAG Europe S.A. back under the control of SIGIT S.p.A., strengthening the Group’s governance and long-term strategic positioning, with Italy at the centre of its future development.
This transaction closed on 30 December 2025.
