Sojitz Corporation has sold its shares in Anjelica to WITH Holdings owned by T Capital Partners

Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Sojitz Corporate in the sale of its shares in Anjelica to WITH Holdings owned  by T Capital Partners.

Since its establishment in 2004, Angelica has been operating childcare facilities mainly in the southern area of Tokyo. Since 2016 it has been developing its business as a group subsidiary of Sojitz Corporation. Angelica has operated “Angelica Nursery School” and “Ehon Nursery School” focusing on nutrition education, English, and picture books, and has been striving for stable business operations with the goal of nurturing the “Heart” of children.

WITH and Angelica will share know-how, mainly in the areas of nutrition education, English, and music and work to become the “Nursery of Choice” that can provide even higher quality services than before. TCAP continues to provide a variety of management support and business operation know-how to expand the corporate value of WITH Group in cooperation with its management team.

The transaction closed in October 2021.
