Spanish engineering services provider Centum Digital has been acquired by Bertrandt
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Centum Digital in its acquisition by Bertrandt.
Centum Digital is an Engineering Services company that is devoted to improving the competitiveness of its clients by providing digital solutions and specialized Engineering Services that optimize their quality and security. With approximately 140 employees at 2 sites in Spain, Centum Digital mainly works for the aerospace & defence and the telecommunication industry.
The acquirer Bertrandt is a multinational group specialized in the development of technological solutions along the entire value chain, with a focus on trend topics such as digitalization, e-mobility and autonomous systems, for Automotive, Aviation and Mechanical Engineering.
With this acquisition, Bertrandt further enhances its ongoing international expansion and expertise in non-automotive industries.
