Chicago, IL and Southfield, MI – CFI USA (P&M Corporate Finance LLC) is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Structural Concepts Corporation (“SCC”) in its sale to Mason Wells.
Mason Wells is an independent private equity fund that focuses on investments in middle market companies headquartered in the Midwest. Mason Wells concentrates its investment efforts in targeted industries where it can leverage experience and relationships to provide portfolio companies with key resources and advice in order to create long-term, sustainable value for all shareholders.
SCC is a preeminent designer and manufacturer of innovative temperature-controlled merchandising solutions with a dedicated focus on perishables and prepared foods. The Company offers its solutions to customers in foodservice and supermarket sectors.

The transaction closed in October 2018.
