Swedish crane distributor Kranlyft has been acquired by J2L
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor on behalf of the owner in Kranlyft Group’s acquisition by J2L.
Kranlyft, founded in 1963, is a well-renowned distributor of high-end mini cranes, aluminum cranes, and self-erecting cranes from leading suppliers in each of the segments. The company also offers aftermarket services such as repair, maintenance, as well as spare parts. The customers of the company are spread across the globe, with most of them being rental companies, construction companies, and crane resellers. Sales and support are handled through Kranlyft’s own operations in Sweden, the UK, Germany, and France, as well as close collaborations with resellers across the globe.
J2L Holding AB is a family-owned investment company that strategically operates and develops small to medium-sized enterprises with a long investment horizon. The company focuses on industrial and trading companies and is a highly engaged owner.
