Technship AB has sold a majority stake to J2L
Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to the owners of Techship AB in the sale of a majority stake to J2L.
Techship is a global supplier of some the largest brands within wireless components for embedded systems and industrial IoT applications. In recent years, the company has shown strong and profitable growth, driven, among other things, by a successful expansion in the United States.
J2L Holding AB is a privately owned investment company that manages and develops small to medium-sized enterprises. Focus is on industrial and trading companies where J2L takes an active part in their development.
The transaction closed on 1 November 2021.
