The service and repair business of Swiss Bator Industrietore AG has been acquired by Record Türautomation
Zurich – CFI Switzerland is pleased to announce they acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Bator Industrietore AG on the sale of the service and repair business, to Record Türautomation AG, a subsidiary of the French listed Agta Record Group.
Bator Industrietore AG is a Swiss based manufacturer of industrial folding gates for the heavy-duty sector. It carries out and accomplishes the construction of innovative custom-made door systems, all being unique and exclusive solutions for highest demands. Reference projects include the Shed in Manhattan and Jane’s Carousel in Brooklyn. The Bator Group has subsidiaries in the United States, France and the Czech Republic and employs approx. 40 employees.
Record Türautomation AG, the Swiss subsidiary of the French listed Agta Record Group, is a manufacturer of automatic door systems. The group, which is presented in more than 50 countries, develops, produces, sells, installs and maintians automatic door systems.
As of October 31st, record Türautomation AG (Switzerland) acquires the service and repair business of Bator Industrietore AG (Switzerland). The parties agreed not to disclose further transaction details. Further, Bator Industrietore AG and Record Türautomation AG agreed to collaborate closly in the market for specialized industrial doors. The company has positive growth prospects and expects, also through newly developed hurrican safe doors for the american market, to develop soundly also in the view of the strategic cooperation with Agta Record.
