The shareholders of Cwmtillery Glass Centre have sold their shares to an undisclosed buyer
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as lead financial advisor to the shareholders of Cwmtillery Glass Centre on its sale to an undisclosed buyer.
Cwmtillery Glass Centre Ltd was established in 1996 and its continued growth over the years has seen us as being one of the largest sealed unit manufacturer’s in the UK.
Supplying to the trade, domestic, commercial and new build, with a range of glazing options including; Softcoat+, Softcoat 1.0, toughened, laminated, bevels, stains and leaded, Georgian Bar and a conservatory glass range suitable for both Roof Glass and Sides to provide increased thermal efficiency and reduced solar glare.
The company produces in excess of 21,000 sealed units every week from its 100,000 sq ft factory. It enables Cwmtillery to offer a full spectrum of high quality products and services to businesses within the fenestration industry, as well as supply glass products to a wider customer base across the UK.
