About Van Poucke Rental
Van Poucke Rental was founded by the two Van Poucke brothers in 2012. Headquartered in Belgium, the Company specialises in high quality and luxury sanitary solutions including portable toilets, wagons and showers. Van Poucke Rental’s offerings are to be found on a wide range of VIP -and renown events such as Summerfest, Cactusfestival, the Davis Tennis Cup and the Antwerp Pride.
About the acquisition
TOI TOI & DIXI aims to expand its presence in Belgium by strengthening its network and providing the best and most reliable service experience. After the acquisition of Liekens earlier this year, TOI TOI & DIXI has found in Van Poucke another partner to further strengthen its leading position in the Belgian market and enlarge its product offerings in the events industry. The acquisition of Van Poucke was completed on 31 August 2022.
CFI’s role in the process
Following strategic discussions with TOI TOI & DIXI on their M&A objectives, CFI explored the Belgian landscape and assessed the identified opportunities to pursue buy-and-build efforts in this country. Subsequently, CFI initiated contact, discussions and negotiations on an acquisition of Van Poucke Rental. After agreement on terms, CFI coordinated the extensive due diligence to successfully complete the transaction.
