Toyota Motor Corporation and its subsidiary, Delphys Inc. has made a capital and business alliance agreement with Dentsu Group Inc.
Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Toyota Motor Corporation when together its subsidiary, Delphys Inc., the company has made a capital and business alliance agreement with Dentsu Group Inc.
Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Toyota, Aichi, Japan. In 2017, Toyota’s corporate structure consisted of more than 350 000 employees worldwide and in 2019 it was the tenth-largest company in the world by revenue. Toyota is the largest automobile manufacturer in the world. Toyota was the world’s first automobile manufacturer to produce more than 10 million vehicles per year, which it has done since 2012, when it also reported the production of its 200 millionth vehicle.
With a strong presence in over 145 countries and regions across five continents and with more than 66,000 professionals, the Dentsu Group provides a comprehensive range of client-centric integrated communications, media and digital services through its ten global brands as well as through Dentsu Japan Network companies, including Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest single brand agency with a history of innovation. The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale.
The Dentsu Group has two operational networks: Dentsu Japan Network, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations in Japan, and Dentsu Aegis Network, its international business headquarters in London, which oversees Dentsu’s agency operations outside of Japan.
