Transparent Container has been sold to Rohrer Industries, owned by ShoreView Industries.

Chicago, IL and Southfield, MI  – CFI USA is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor of Transparent Container in its sale to Rohrer Industries.

Owned by ShoreView Industries since 2009, Rohrer Corporation is the country’s largest supplier of high-visibility retail consumer packaging.

Transparent Container is a leading designer and manufacturer of retail packaging solutions, including blister packaging, custom thermoforming, blister cards, printed plastic and paperboard folding cartons, and various other fabricated components such as rounds, towers, lids, sleeves, and POP displays.
