Triuvare has been acquired by Frendy
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive corporate advisor to Triuvare Oy in its sale to Finnish IT house Frendy.
Triuvare is a Finnish IT-service provider with about 50 employees. Its roots are in Tempere, but it also has offices in Vaasa, Oulu and the capital region.
Frendy started its operations in its current form in 2021 when acquired by PE company Procuritas, is a Finnish IT-service company catering especially for the needs of small and medium-sized companies. They bring the same strong know-how and IT outsourcing service, which has often only been available to larger corporate customers, within the reach of SMEs.
After joining forces with the new business acquisition, Triuvare and Frendy are able to offer their customers an even more comprehensive service and the most modern IT solutions throughout Finland. With the deal, Frendy’s combined turnover will rise to approximately EUR 65 million, and the company will employ approximately 350 IT experts in the future.
