UI Gestion acquired a minority stake in Maison Routin
Paris – CFI France is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to UI Gestion in the acquisition of a minority stake in Maison Routin, an expert in the production of flavouring syrups and beverages.
UI Gestion is a French major private equity company for more than 50 years. It has more than €650m of AUM.
Founded in 1883, Maison Routin is a manufacturer of premium aromatic flavouring syrups that realises c.€60m of revenue in more than 82 countries (c.40% of export sales).
The transaction aims at supporting the company to become the undisputed leader of its market in France and in Europe.
The transactions has been closed in December 2019.
