VA INGENJÖRERNA has been sold to EnviDan
Paris & Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to VA INGENJÖRERNA in its sale to EnviDan.
VA INGENJÖRERNA are specialists in high-tech water and sewage systems for municipalities and industries in Sweden. The company offers both process and consulting services and can also handle large projects from the design to the operational facility. VA INGENJÖRERNA has 47 employees in five offices in Stockholm, Lund, Örebro, Linköping and Karlstad. In 2020, the company had a revenue of SEK 300 million.
EnviDan provides complete solutions in water cycle as well as financial advice combined with a wide range of software solutions for the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish water and wastewater sectors. EnviDan has 270 employees in offices in Silkeborg, Århus, Aalborg, Kastrup, Lyngby, Oslo, Åndalsnes, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö. In 2019/20, the company had revenue of DKK 271 million and is backed by the private equity fund Waterland.
The transaction closed on 1 July 2021.
