Van Heugten has been sold to VDK Groep

CFI’s role in the proces
Van Heugten engaged CFI to provide comprehensive advisory services throughout the transaction process with VDK. CFI’s role included performing detailed financial analysis and valuation, and supporting negotiations to structure the deal. These efforts ensured a seamless process, culminating in a successful transaction with a closing date of 6 December 2024.
