Van Moer Logistics has obtained €12,5m from Ackermans & van Haaren
Brussels – CFI is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders and the management in all strategic M&A related operations in Van Moer Logistics in their acquisition of €12,5m for a minority shareholding in the company from Ackermans & van Haaren.
Van Moer Logistics is a specialist in intermodal transport services covering with a strategic position in Antwerp and with several in-land terminals in Belgium.
Ackermans & van Haaren is an independent and diversified group aiming at creating shareholder value through long-term investments in a limited number of companies with growth potential on an international level.
