We Are Jane acquired MediPartner
Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to We are Jane in the acquisition of Medipartner.
We Are Jane is a Belgian private equity fund which was incorporated by Conny Vandendriessche early 2019 raising EUR 50m of capital to invest in growing businesses led by female entrepreneurs.
MediPartner is a fast growing specialized staffing agency incorporated in 2016 and focusing on servicing pharma and biotech companies with sales people.
CFI advised We Are Jane throughout the process including indicative offer, formulating the letter of intent securing exclusivity, steering the due diligence process, negotiating purchase agreement and shareholders’ agreement and raising bank financing.
