WIBA IT has been sold to Maandag
Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce it has acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to WIBA IT in its sale to Maandag.
WIBA IT is a leading, national operating intermediary for high-end and highly sought after IT specialists such as software developers, cloud engineers and data specialists. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Rotterdam, WIBA IT serves its clients through a network of more than 7,000 higher vocational (“HBO”) and university educated (“WO”) freelancers, matching the best professionals to the most suitable client.
Maandag is a leading secondment staffing company in the Dutch public domain for more than 30 years with 46 offices in 15 cities. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam and employs more than 4,000 professionals working in the healthcare, education and government sectors. Maandag also acts under the Whoohoo brand in the area of Life Science and Engineering in Belgium and IT in Poland.
Maandag is experiencing an increasing demand for IT and data specialists in the higher segment in both the public and commercial domains. Maandag will be fully integrated into the Maandag organisation.
WIBA IT selected CFI as the exclusive corporate finance advisor in this transaction. Anne Willeboordse, CEO and founder of WIBA IT added, “I could not be happier with my decision to hire CFI. The team was instrumental in achieving a successful outcome and was heavily involved in each phase of the process. CFI did a tremendous job looking after my interests, and I would highly recommend CFI to any company considering a transaction.”
