Zoom Torino has acquired financing aimed at the acquisition of Parco Natura Viva
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to Zoom Torino for the financing aimed at the acquisition of Parco Natura Viva.
Zoom represents the first immersive wildlife park in Italy: inspired by modern wildlife parks, its mission is to safeguard endangered species through visitors’ education.
Parco Natura Viva covers about 40 hectares of land and is a natural zoological garden which is home to 1.500 specimens belonging to over 250 wild species. Each year the Park is visited by around 40.000 school students, from kindergarten to high school, as well as almost half a million individual visitors.
“This operation was made possible thanks to the sharing of mission and values,” says Umberto Maccario, “and it will allow us to combine the unique skills of the two parks to achieve even more ambitious goals. Among our medium-term goals is surpassing one and a half million annual visitors, with positive effects on investments, employment, and the development of new conservation projects.”
This transaction is expected to close in the coming months.
