ZPS Maków has been sold to Orskov Foods
Warsaw – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of ZPS Maków in its sale to Orskov Foods.
ZPS Maków is a producer and exporter of frozen fruits and vegetables with a 40-year tradition on the Polish market.
Orskov Food Polska SA is part of the family owned Danish Orskov Foods A/S – the fruit and vegetable processing group active on international markets since 1943 with its production assets in Denmark, Poland (since 1990) and Chile.
The transaction closed on 26 November 2021.
