Alexis Dubil

Profile

Alexis joined CFI France as a Director of the Software and IT team, bringing with him nine years of experience in M&A and Technology.

Alexis began his professional career in the M&A advisory teams of Oppenheimer & Co in their London office. As part of the Telecom, Media, and Technology team, he covered the EMEA region.

He then moved to Paris to work for Cambon Partners, a leading M&A advisory boutique that specializes in advising high-growth companies. He worked alongside CEOs and CFOs on various types of transactions, including capital raising, LBOs, and both local and cross-border M&A. He later joined Inflexion Points Technology Partners, a M&A boutique where he deepened his focus on the software and deep-tech sectors in cross-border transactions. Alexis holds a master’s degree in engineering from EPFL and a master’s degree in finance from Imperial College London. He is a former international fencer, a sport that he continues to actively compete in.
