Wavefront Sensing technology leader Phasics signs an agreement for its acquisition by Exosens
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Phasics on the signed agreement for its acquisition by Exosens.
Founded in 2003 and based in Palaiseau, France, Phasics is a recognised leader in Wavefront Sensing technology. The company develops advanced optical metrology and imaging solutions based on its patented QuadriWave Lateral Shearing Interferometry (QWLSI) technology. Phasics addresses diverse applications such as fundamental research, industrial inspection, laser beam measurement, microscopy, aerospace, and defence.
This strategic acquisition is expected to enable Exosens, a high-tech company specialising in the delivery of critical amplification, detection, and imaging technologies, to strengthen its technology product portfolio by expanding its range of high-performance imaging solutions for defence, industrial inspection, and life sciences.
By joining Exosens, Phasics is expected to accelerate its international growth by leveraging the Group’s established commercial network, particularly in the instrumentation and semiconductor markets.
