James Horiuchi is a Managing Director of Frontier Management’s M&A Advisory Division and leads the firm’s US practice based in New York.
James has over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising clients on various transaction types, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate sales / divestitures, JVs, LBOs, and financings. His sector experience is diverse including financial services (asset managers, banks, insurers), consumer, BPOs, technology, and agrifood. He has completed over 50 transactions with a cumulative deal value of over $80 billion.
Since 2014, James has been focusing on cross-border M&A deals connecting Japan and the US / Europe, and has led the successful completion of nearly 20 transactions over that period.
