Profile
Jason Evans is a partner that leads the CFI UK Debt Advisory team. Prior to joining CFI UK, Jason was Regional Director for Lloyds Banking Group, tasked with leading the regional corporate banking team in the middle market and working with businesses with turnover between £5m and £750m. He was also divisional head of leveraged finance at HSBC. Jason has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading.
He is an Associate of the Securities and Investment Institute, also holding an advanced corporate finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
In addition, he has garnered national debt advisory recognition, securing multiple ‘Debt Advisor of the Year’ awards.
Jason works with a range of clients spanning private equity, owner managed mid-market businesses, as well as publicly listed PLC’s.
