Strategic communication system provider Spectra has acquired fundraising from NatWest

Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Spectra on its fundraising from NatWest.

Spectra is a leading global provider of tactical and strategic mission-critical communications systems and high-grade information security and network capabilities. Working within the defence & security sector, Spectra specialises in delivering comprehensive, robust and reliable solutions to create secure communication networks in the most austere environments. Spectra’s award-winning SlingShot and next generation Troposcatter products provide users with an effective and straightforward way to achieve secure and tactical communications.

CFI has assisted Spectra’s growth ambitions by securing a new multi-million funding facility to support its continued growth.
