Jason joined CFI in 2025 with over 8 years of experience in M&A, having advised on a broad range of transactions across sectors such as Consumer, Food & Beverage, Business Services, Industrials, and Aerospace & Defence.

He plays a key role in deal execution and client relationship development, with a particular focus on the Business Services and Consumer sectors.

Jason graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with an MSc in Finance and has established a solid history of providing guidance to clients on strategic deals and financial strategies.
