Toode Group and its Finnish subsidiary JanLa Oy have been acquired by Kingspan Group
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive advisor on the sale of Toode Group including its Finnish subsidiary JanLa Oy to Kingspan Group.
Established in 1991, Toode Group is a producer and seller of steel roofs, rainwater systems and roof accessories in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. In 2022, Toode Group’s net sales amounted to 65 m€ with an EBIT of 7.6 m€.
Ireland-based Kingspan is the global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions. The company operates with six divisions; Insulated Panels, Insulation, Light & Air, Water & Energy, and, Data & Flooring, Roof & Waterproofing. It operates in over 80 different countries with over 200 manufacturing sites across the globe. Kingspan’s shares are listed on Euronext Dublin stock exchange.
