Profile
Rob Wallace is an experienced M&A lead advisor working with entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity on company disposals, acquisitions, and M&A strategy. Rob’s experience includes working with both private and publicly listed companies on transactions ranging from £5million to £500million both within the UK and internationally.
Prior to joining Corporate Finance International, Rob worked for 14 years at Deloitte as a Director within their Lead Advisory M&A team, including as lead for the Building Products and Construction sector across the UK.
Rob is a member of the ICAEW as a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Biochemistry degree from the University of Birmingham.
