Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as M&A advisor to Hardings Hotmix Group in the sale of their business to Shaw Contracting Pty Ltd.
Hardings Hotmix is a Tasmanian manufacturer of hotmix asphalt and also provides road and subdivisional construction, asphalt and bitumen sealing, concrete kerbing and linemarking services. The business conducts civil construction works for both the public and private sectors in Tasmania.
Shaw Contracting is a Tasmanian leader in road construction, dam building, irrigation, civil infrastructure and mining industries.
