ADVITAM and NATUP have divested Chlorodis to Cobalys


Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive advisor to ADVITAM and NATUP in the divestment of Chlorodis to Cobalys, a subsidiary of Noriap.

Founded in 2015, Chlorodis specialises in the distribution of supplies to landscape and green space professionals, with a catalogue of over 700 references. The company operates through five outsourced logistics platforms located in Hauts-de-France and Normandy, serving more than 2,000 professional clients. Chlorodis is a member of the Vert Cité purchasing group, a subsidiary of InVivo.

As of 30 June 2025, the company generated revenues of €8.0 million, benefiting from a diversified customer base comprising municipalities and public administration (36% of FY25 revenue), landscapers (28%), nursery growers, market gardeners and horticulturalists (25%), as well as other players (11%).

The sales force is structured around a dense territorial network covering Normandy and Hauts-de-France, where it holds a leading position.

The transaction involves the acquisition of Chlorodis’s business assets and inventory by Cobalys, a subsidiary of the NORIAP cooperative. This combination will give rise to a leading regional player in the distribution of products and supplies for green spaces.

ADVITAM is a French agricultural cooperative group headquartered in Hauts-de-France, specialising in the collection and marketing of cereals. The cooperative operates across cereals, seeds and supply (41% of FY25 revenue), agricultural trading and supply (22%), retail distribution through garden and pet centres (20%), as well as machinery and irrigation (16%).

NORIAP is a French agricultural cooperative group headquartered in Hauts-de-France, specialising in crop production, cereals, seeds and supply (62% of FY25 revenue), animal production (21%), the egg sector (15%), garden and pet centre distribution (7%), as well as agricultural machinery and transport (3%).

Based in Limours and Seclin in France, Cobalys operates primarily across Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and neighbouring regions, offering recognized expertise and hands-on technical support.
