Profile
Thibault began his career at Clearwater International and then in the M&A department of the Funecap Group. He later joined the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Forvis Mazars in France, where he advised SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds on their divestiture, fundraising, acquisition, and capital restructuring operations for five years. He joined CFI France in 2024 to strengthen the Food & Beverage – Tourism – Hospitality – Leisure division.
He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
