Axcis Education has been acquired by The Edwin Group
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Axcis Education on its sale to The Edwin Group.
Established in 2001, Axcis specialises in placing high-calibre SEND professionals into a wide variety of short-term, long-term and permanent roles across all seniorities, from teachers and teaching assistants to therapists and school leaders as well as other support staff, including sport coaches and school administrators.
Axcis’ network of six UK offices serve over 1,000 providers of education for young people with a variety of specialist educational needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities, specific learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and social, emotional and mental health conditions.
The Edwin Group, established in 2008, is dedicated to transforming education by connecting, supporting and retaining the very best talent in schools. The Edwin Group has expertise in recruitment, retention, HR, CPD and enrichment via its family of nine organisations, including Vision for Education, ABC Teachers and Smart Teachers.
