Business School 24 has issued a minibond for €19M
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the co-arranger in the structuring of a €19M Minibond issued by Business School 24 SpA and underwritten by Anthilia SGR, Finint SGR, Ver Capital SGR.
Business School 24 is dedicated to the creation, organization, management, promotion, and sale of Master’s programs, training courses, and specialized programs for young people, managers, and professionals, also available remotely (online and live streaming).
The operation, divided into two ISINs, one of 3.85 M€, 90% guaranteed by Sace under the ‘Italian Guarantee’ programme, and the other of 15.15 M€, was underwritten by leading institutional players such as Finint SGR (total investment of 7 M€), Anthilia SGR (total investment of 5.25 M€), Ver Capital SGR (total investment of 5 M€). The issues have a duration of 6 years.
