CFI advised HF Company of the sale of its Home Automation division to Demeter Partners
Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to HF Company on the sale of its Home Automation division to Demeter Partners, for an Enterprise Value of €23.5M.
This transaction will enable H.F. Company to redeploy its Home Digital and Haut-Débit divisions through investments and/or targeted acquisitions. Demeter Partners, BNP Paribas Développement will hold the majority capital of the group with the Directors of Avidsen, Extel/CFI and Maisonic (Home Automation division).
In 2013 the business generated €42M of gross total revenue. The merged business will be known as Smart Home International.
