CFI advised Galitt on its sale to Sopra Steria

CFI was hired to serve as Galitt’s exclusive corporate finance advisor and lead the sale process. CFI initiated discussions and negotiations with a range of European and North American strategic buyers and Private Equity firms, in a process that ultimately resulted in a successful transaction with Sopra Steria.

The transaction closed on 7 November 2017.
