CFI advised Rabo Private Equity on the sale of Login Consultants to Écart Invest
Amsterdam – CFI acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Rabo Private Equity (Rabo Capital), the private equity division of Rabobank, on the sale of Login Consultants to Écart Invest.
Login Consultants is an independent and international IT services provider specialising in virtualization, migration, desktop deployment and application delivery. Login Consultants is internationally known as the expert in Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, RES Software and AppSense technology. Login Consultants has an experienced team of approximately 140 specialists in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Rabo Capital is the buy-out label of Rabo Private Equity, the investment company of the Rabobank Group. After a holding period of five years, Rabo Capital decides to sell its shareholding in Login Consultants to Écart Invest.
Écart Invest provides growth and buy-out capital to medium-sized Dutch companies, with an above-average interest in IT, business services and packaging industries.
CFI served as the corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Login Consultants. Following the transaction, the management acquires a majority interest and Écart Invest a minority stake in Login Consultants.
