Lisbon – CFI Portugal is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Mota-Engil on the sale of a majority stake of their subsidiary Lokemark to Contisystems.
Lokemark is a Mota-Engil’s portfolio company that develops activity on outsourcing solutions, in the Direct Mail/CRM/Billing and other Marketing areas of operation and services.
Mota-Engil – Ambiente e Serviços, SGPS (www.mota-engil.pt) is engaged in a diversified and wide portfolio of activities and businesses, positioning Mota-Engil Group as one of the main national service exporters.
Contisystems is a specialist in transactional, promotional and transpromotional documentation in off digital and offset printing.
CFI Portugal was hired by Mota-Engil as their exclusive financial advisor on the sale of a majority stake of their subsidiary Lokemark. Cfi Portugal scanned the market and found several potential buyers. The negotiations led to the acquisition by Contisystems.
The transaction closed on 28 July 2016.
