CFI advised Nova Interior on the sale to Tétris, a subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle
Lisbon – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Nova Interior on the sale to Tétris, a subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Tétris (www.tetris-db.com) is a JLL subsidiary company specialized in design, fit-out and refurbishment, providing design and fit out services to office and retail. Launched in 2003 is present in 16 countries through 29 offices, with more than 570 employees.
JLL –Jones Lang LaSalle (www.jll.com) is a financial and professional services firm that specializes in commercial real estate services and investment management. With more than 48,000 people across 1,000 locations in 70 countries serve the local, regional and global real estate needs of corporates and investors.
Novo Interior (www.novointerior.pt) is the Portuguese fit-out leading firm, focused on the construction of office and retail interiors with high internal standards of quality requirements. Novo Interior has a large experience on Retail Fit-Out, having the most well known and prestigious retail companies on the Portfolio.
Novo Interior hired CFI Portugal as their exclusive financial advisor on the company sale process. CFI Portugal scanned the market and found several potential buyers. The negotiations led to the acquisition of 100% of the shares by JLL. JLL with Novo Interior together with Tétris will reinforce the presence on the retail and offices Fit–Out, assuming definitively the leadership on the Portuguese market.
The transaction closed on 1 December, 2014.
