CFI advised Pinnacle Document Solutions on its acquisition of Fast Technology London
Cardiff – CFI United Kingdom acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Pinnacle Document Solutions on the acquisition of Fast Technology London.
Pinnacle Document Solutions is a long-established managed print solutions. One of only 23 Xerox Concessionaire Premier Partners in the UK.
Fast Technology was founded in 1986 has grown into a multi-vendor print provider.
CFI acted as lead advisor to Pinnacle Document Solutions in its acquisition of Fast Technology London.
Pinnacle managing director Clive Hamilton, who led the MBO in April 2015, said: “The complimentary services portfolio of Fast Technology made them a natural fit for Pinnacle, add to this our hardware and solutions portfolio and we see this as an exciting growth potential for Pinnacle Document Solutions group.”
The transaction closed on 20 January 2016.
