CFI advised the shareholders of Delta Recyclage on its sale to Paprec Group
Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Delta Recyclage on the sale to Paprec Group.
Founded in 1986 by Raymond Delmas, Delta Recyclage was initially specialized in papers an cardboards collection. The group gradually expanded its scope of business, supported by a minority pool of financial investors, to become a recognized waste sorting operator: sorting, collecting and conditioning of selective household collections and routine industrial waste.
The group’s shareholders (founder, COO – Pascal Rostoll, private equity houses and fifteen or so managers) mandated CFI France to find an acquirer. The process was conducted among domestic and foreign industrials and private equity firms, at the end Paprec Group was selected as the best bidder.
Paprec is continuing to grow its local networks and play a pivotal role in recycling along the Mediterranean coast. Delta Recyclage posts a circa EUR 40m turnover and operates on six sites in south-eastern France (Montpellier, Martigues, Saint-Martin-de-Crau, Toulon, Ariège and Bastia) showing complementarities with those currently owned by Paprec.
Such backing will allow Delta Recyclage to pursue its development amongst corporates and municipalities.
The transaction was closed on 27 July 2017.
