Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Thales on the realisation of funding from a strategic partner for its printed Circuit Boards (‘PCB’) division.
The Thales Group Competence Centre-PCB (GCC-PCB) ensures a strategically important supply chain of complex printed Circuit Boards within the Thales Group, used for demanding applications such as Radar and Optronics in Land based, Naval, Airborne and Space applications.
This division was established in 1964 and operates with approximately 50 professionals from facilities in Hengelo, the Netherlands.
