São Paulo – CFI Brazil advised Medial Saude, one of the largest healthcare service providers, during its IPO process. The Company was founded in 1961 and manages approximately 10 hospitals, 50 medical centers and 60 diagnostic units.
The IPO process raised US$ 298million.
