Concept Latch Lock and Hinge, an importing, wholesaler and distributor of industrial hardware products, has been acquired by McNaughtans, a global bus, truck and trailer hardware supplier.
Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as M&A advisor to Concept Latch Lock and Hinge in the sale of their business to McNaughtans.
Concept Latch Lock and Hinge supplies access hardware solutions to a wide range of customers in many industries, including sheet metal fabricators, electronic cabinet manufacturers, truck and trailer manufacturers, as well camper, recreational and emergency vehicle manufacturers.
McNaughtans sources, manufactures and supplies hardware globally, with a strong emphasis on bus, truck and trailer hardware and components. McNaughtans provides service throughout Australia and a supply distribution into New Zealand.
