Curess announces investment by Holland Capital
Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Curess on its investment by Holland Capital.

The organisation focuses on strengthening families through practical and directly applicable assistance. Curess operates without waiting lists and can scale its operations up and down quickly, to deliver the desired care swiftly and with high quality. The organisation achieves this by utilising self-developed software that supports core processes, such as planning, and thus reduces administrative pressure. Curess operates in the regions of Twente, Midden-IJssel, Oost-Veluwe, Noord-Veluwe, Achterhoek, and Zuid-Drenthe, in the Netherlands.

CFI’s role in the process
Curess and CFI have maintained a strong relationship for over 15 years, founded on trust and successful collaborations. Due to this longstanding partnership, Curess invited CFI to orchestrate the deal. Among other tasks, CFI assisted by conducting market analysis, facilitating negotiations, and managing due diligence. These efforts culminated in a successful transaction, finalised on 29 May 2024.
