Délice & Création Réunion, a subsidiary of Délice & Création (Pomona Group), has been acquired by a consortium including Boulangerie Yong and Groupe Kin-Siong


Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Délice & Création in the divestment of its subsidiary Délice & Création Réunion to a consortium including Boulangerie Yong and Groupe Kin-Siong.

Délice & Création Réunion (French overseas territories) specializes in the distribution of food and non-food products to professionals. The company commercialises dry products (46%), frozen products (25%), and fresh products (23%) to craft and industrial bakeries, retailers and caterers. The company of euros 7.5 million turnover, operates a 953 m² multi-temperature warehouse and has 15 employees, including 3 field sector managers dedicated to order-taking and prospecting, as well as 5 delivery drivers providing deliveries from Monday to Friday.

The acquisition by Boulangerie Yong and Groupe Kin-Siong is aligned with a continuity strategy aimed at maintaining existing commercial relationships. Boulangerie Yong and Groupe Kin-Siong will continue to distribute DGF and Four à Idées product range in the la Réunion market.

Founded in 2006, Délice & Création is a subsidiary of the Pomona Group, the second-largest wholesaler of food and non-food products for artisan bakers and pastry chefs in France. In 2021, the company acquired the DGF group. In 2023, Délice & Création achieved a turnover of 491 million euros and employs 1,000 people. The company offers more than 3,000 references under the DGF (140 references in dry and fresh products) and Four à Idées (300 frozen product references) brands. Délice & Création serves over 12,000 customers nationally and internationally.

Founded in 1979, Boulangerie Yong is a family-owned business specializing in industrial and artisanal bakery, pastry, and catering services. Operating in Réunion through a network of 11 bakery-pastry shops, the company serves B2B and B2C customers with a turnover of 60 million euros in 2023. Boulangerie Yong employs 300 people and distributes its products under the local brands Boulangerie Yong, Cheval Blanc, SIPA, Casta, and Le Pain Frotté.

Founded in 1950, Groupe Kin-Siong is a family business specializing in the distribution of food and non-food products in the Réunion market. A key player in the B2B distribution sector, the group is also a franchisee of several retail brands, including Hyper U and Super U, as well as restaurants such as Big Fernand, Jour, and Le Paradis du Fruit. In 2023, Groupe Kin-Siong achieved a turnover of 130 million euros and employs 450 people.
