DQC Sverige AB has been sold to Fellowmind
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to DQC Sverige AB in its sale to Fellowmind, a portfolio company of FSN Capital.
DQC Sverige AB (‘DQC’) offers customized cloud-based digital collaboration solutions based on the Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and AZURE technology. The customers are mainly well-known global companies that operate in a variety of industries. DQC was established in 2007 and operates nationwide from offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. In recent years, the company has enjoyed a very strong growth rate whilst increasing profitability markedly.
Fellowmind is a group based in the Netherlands and is one of Europe’s leading providers of digital collaboration solutions implemented on Microsoft platforms: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft365 and AZURE. Fellowmind now has about 1,500 employees across more than 30 offices in six European countries, generating a total turnover of approximately EUR 200 million.
Fellowmind’s majority owner is the private equity firm FSN Capital, which manages approximately EUR 2.2 billion. Following the transaction the DQC team joins forces with Fellowmind’s other business units Orango and Endeavor in Sweden, bringing it to a total of 350 Fellows across seven Swedish cities.
The transaction was closed on 25 November 2020.
