CFI Netherlands is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to funds managed by Committed Capital and other shareholders of DataExpert in its sale to Quadrum Capital.

Its advanced solutions, combining products from best-of-breed vendors and the expertise of its skilled consultants and trainers, help criminal and fraud investigation agencies, as well as enterprise-grade clients such as insurance companies, telcos and banks, protect their data and digital infrastructures against crime and fraud. As such, DataExpert is recognised as a thought leader in the National Security domain. Following years of specialisation DataExpert has evolved into a leading cyberintelligence and cybersecurity specialist in the Benelux, Nordics and the Dutch Caribbean.
Committed Capital is a private equity firm investing in SME companies with a strong growth ambition. Its typical deal size at entry ranges between EUR 5 and EUR 20 million. Committed Capital is currently investing from its second fund backed by informal investors and family offices.
