Funds managed by Committed Capital have sold DataExpert to Quadrum Capital
Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to funds managed by Committed Capital and other shareholders of DataExpert in its sale to Quadrum Capital.

Committed Capital is a private equity firm investing in SME companies with a strong growth ambition. Its typical deal size at entry ranges between EUR 5 and EUR 20 million. Committed Capital is currently investing from its second fund backed by informal investors and family offices. DataExpert was part of the first fund of Committed Capital (formerly known as Soestdijk Capital) backed by Headway Capital Partners from the UK.

CFI Netherlands initiated discussions and negotiations in a process, which ultimately resulted in a successful sale to Quadrum Capital that closed on 10 July 2019. Following the transaction, DataExpert was added as a separate label to the managed IT services group Interstellar.
