Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financal advisor in the internal buy out of Eco-oh! Distribution out of the Eco-oh! Group. This involved raising acquisition finance.
Eco-oh! Distribution manufactures and distributes products made on the basis of recycled materials. Most products relate to garden applications and public furniture.
Eco-oh! Group is an industry-leader in the recycling of post-consumer plastic waste. The waste is processed into near-virgin quality (re)granulates on the basis of which new products can be made.
The transaction closed on 30 October 2020.
