iXblue PTY, a subsidiary of iXblue SAS, has been acquired by Ocean Infinity
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to iXblue for the disposal of its subsidiary iXblue PTY to Ocean Infinity.
iXblue Pty Ltd undertakes marine surveys and monitoring of the marine eco-system for governments agencies, port authorities and energy companies in Australia and New Zealand. The company also offers airborne survey services since 2019.
Ocean Infinity, is a pioneer of large scale marine robotic operations, deploying robotic technologies to capture ocean data and deliver maritime solutions. The British-American group is building the world’s largest fleet of marine robotic vehicles to transform the industry, and continues to make international acquisitions to push forward the developments of marine research.
